ADVANCED TRAINING IN A TECHNIQUE: FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENS

Learn how to use movement as the cornerstone for assessing body balance and future risk of injury. Participants will work in groups as they learn how to use 7 functional movement screens to test proper and improper movement, along with joint optimization, flexibility, stability and mobility. From their results, participants will be able to determine their own and someone else's risk patterns and learn corrective strategies for different imbalances. Great for students, athletes, coaches and educators. Can also be used to meet the requirements of the Ontario SHSM - Advanced Training.
