Cancellation Policy

To cancel your exam or reschedule, please notify us in writing to our email at info@apoetichealth.com no less than 24 hours before your exam time. Anyone who schedules an exam slot, and does not notify us of cancellation, and does not show up may be subject to a fee for rescheduling. Additionally, you must ensure you will be able to reschedule within your 30 day permitted time frame, otherwise, repurchase of the course may be required to proceed. We understand things come up, but to help us keep things organized, your assistance and efforts to stick to policy is appreciated. We will do our best to accommodate when and if we can.
